Visiting the energy conservation devices of Cadovimex 2 Seafood Import - Export Processing Joint Stock Company

Center for Industrial Promotion and Industrial Development Consultancy supported, piloted in two companies, such as Cadovimex 2 Seafood Import - Export Processing Joint Stock Company and Truong Giang Aquaculture Joint Stock Company. In Which, each company had been supported 100 million VND by Industry Promotion Center to build the model.

In the process of implementing, the company made ​​many positive practical solutions to preserve energy in production, such as redeployment of reasonable production lines, installation of evaporative condenser devices to the compressor system, using inverter, especially installation of taking advantage temperature device of the gas after compression to replace part of the water heater machines that use resistors and etc.

Results showed that the machinery reinvestment and redeployment of appropriate production helped these companies save hundreds of millions Vietnamese Dong for electricity costs, as well as helped the company reduce emissions into the environment annually hundreds of tons of CO₂. This model not only helps the seafood companies save a considerable cost for the use of energy but it also gets a great significance in the industrial production, combines environmental protection.

At the conference, Mr. Le Huu Du stressed: "In 2014 the business proposal should review the production status of their unit on the equipment that need to be newly replaced, making plan on changing energy conservation machines to submit to Industrial Promotion Center for assistance. For un-cleaner production enterprises should pay attention to change the mode of production to save costs and create competitive advantages for the neighborhoods."
