Secure IoT devices with cyber immunity solutions
On September 12, in Hanoi, the Department of Information Security coordinated with Kaspersky global cybersecurity company to organize a workshop with the topic "Securing IoT devices with Cyber Immunity", in the context of Cybersecurity is complicated by the proliferation of IoT devices. The activity is part of a series of long-term cooperation between the two sides.

“Securing IoT devices with Cyber Immunity” is the theme of this year's conference, set in the context of complex cybersecurity due to the popularity of IoT (Internet of Things) devices. As the number of IoT devices increases exponentially, installing frequently updated protection tools on each device will be time-consuming and resource-intensive. The problem is further complicated by the fact that many of these devices do not have the processing capacity for additional cybersecurity tools, such as antivirus software.

However, the increased use of IoT devices also leads to cybersecurity threats as cybercriminals exploit device connectivity to spread attacks. As IoT devices grow exponentially, installing protection tools that need to be updated more frequently is time-consuming and resource-consuming.
