Network security guarantees national security
Recently, at the 20 th session, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly has continued to comment on the different issues of the Law on network Security. This is a draft law that attracts the attention of many representatives of the state management agencies, the authorities of important information systems on national security, legal experts, information technology and information security experts.


Report on the results of explaining, reception and revising the major contents of the Law on Network Security were presented by the Chairman of National Assembly for Defense and Security, gave many opinions of National Assembly deputies and experts agreed to establish an important information system related to national security; At the same time, criteria, types of information systems should be clearly defined.

In addition, some suggestions for considering the identification of critical information systems on national security while having national important information systems in accordance with the Law on Information Security. According to a report by the Standing Committee on National Defense and Security, an important information system on national security is an information system of goals and works of national importance for national security. Therefore, it is necessary to apply strong and feasible network security measures to meet the requirements.

The key content related to the draft law will be added to the comments, updated and completed before submitting to National Assembly session in the coming time.
