This is one of the content of the decision on the management, protection, development, use and benefit from protective forest; protective forest development investment has just been signed by Prime Minister.

According to the provisions in the decision, the exploitation of forest products in the protective forest must not reduce the protective function of the forest and must comply with the provisions of the law on the protection and development of forests, protection of environment and conservation of biodiversity.

In naturally protective forests not to be exploited the precious, rare plant species, and prior protected species under provisions of the law.

The decision also stated, protective forest management Board can organize, link or rent forest for organizations, individuals to implement ecological tourism business, scientific research, education, training; development of ecological tourism in the protective forest following roper planning approved by State agencies.
