Responding to world intellectual property Day in 2014 (April 26, 2014), Intellectual Property Department will organize and launch a week of propaganda and celebration this day, called "Intellectual property promotes creative innovation."

In this time, businesses and individuals will be free resulted about the intellectual property. This is a useful opportunity for businesses and individuals who are interested in protecting their intellectual property in accordance with law.
Intellectual property plays an important role for nations’ economic and social development. It is gradually becoming a common concern of the whole world. The new century identified that the booming period of intellectual creativity based on knowledge. The intellectual property issues are becoming increasingly important. Especially, Viet Nam where infringement problems of the intellectual property rights tend to increase. Counterfeit goods and pirated goods are rampant. Businesses and individuals increasingly pay attention and carefully prepare to protect their intellectual property.
To note the whole world about the role and significance of intellectual property for its future development, and to celebrate the birth of the Organization of World Intellectual Property - WIPO (April 26, 1970), as well as encouraging members of WIPO develop the activities of intellectual property in the world. At the 26th meeting, WIPO General Assembly decided to choose annual April 26 is "World intellectual Property Day. |
