Leaders of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and experts on climate change attended a conference on urban flood control measures to strengthen adaptive capacity with climate change in Can Tho City.
In 2014, Lam Dong received 12 heavy rains (abnormal), 7 rains of hail, 26 rains accompanied tornadoes, 4 lightning, 6 floods and 4 landslides.
