Story "mushrooms" and dreams help farmers change their lives through mushroom embryos
From being strongly opposed by his family, up to now, two mushroom embryo production facilities in Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Dinh of young man Nguyen Xuan Truyen have achieved revenue of over 10 billion VND / year, contributing to job creation for many local workers.

Graduating with a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at Yersin University (Da Lat) in 2011, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truyen (31 years old, from Hoi Long village, An Hao Dong commune, Hoai An district, Binh Dinh province) entered Ho Chi Minh City to carry out their passion for making mushrooms.

At that time, his family strongly protested, because his parents too understood the difficulties of farming so they did not want their son to follow that path. However,  because he loves mushrooms, and is fortunate to have leading experts "hold hands" right after going on field trips at the Central Highlands Biology Institute, Truyen persistently persuaded him and eventually his family accepted.

Starting to work, from 200 million VND support families, Mr. Truyen rented 3,000 m2 of land in Vinh Loc A commune (Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City) to invest in the production of gray abalone and reishi mushroom embryos.

Currently, Mr. Truyen's mushroom embryo production facility in Vinh Loc A commune has customers in the Southern, Central and Central Highlands provinces, with the average turnover of 8 billion VND per year.
