Market Management Team No. 24 - Hanoi Market Management Department has unexpectedly inspected the confectionery production facility of Kim Thien Phat Company (Headquartered in La Phu commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city).

Accordingly, at the time of inspection, the functional force detected confectionery production lines at this facility does not guarantee food safety and hygiene, uses a lot of raw materials of unknown origin and makes many clones of famous confectionery brands.

Representatives of the Market Management Team No. 24 said that at the confectionery production facility of Kim Thien Phat Company, the stages are very manual, don’t ensure food safety and hygiene. Through inspection, the unit also discovered some additives without labels as prescribed.

Functional forces have seized more 100 counterfeit cake boxes of famous brands, more than 1000 brands of counterfeit packaging and continued investigation to clarify according to the law.
