On September 21, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences collaborated with the Lao National Institute of Economic and Social Sciences, the Royal Academy of Cambodia and the Korean Institute of the Environment to organize Annual general capacity building workshop in 2023 with the topic "Smart cities for green growth."
Within the framework of Techfest Hai Phong Innovation Startup Week 2023 and implementing Plan No. 61/KH-UBND dated February 28, 2023 of the City People's Committee, in the morning of September 21, the Department Science and Technology (S&T) organized a conference to announce the set of overall quality management assessment indicators according to Standard TCVN ISO 18091:2020 at the pilot district, ward and commune People's Committees in the city.
In the afternoon of September 20, 2023, at Monash University (Melbourne, Australia), the International Innovation and Startup Festival (TECHFEST) in Australia 2023 took place. This is the first time the international TECHFEST has been held in Australia.
