On March 6, 2024, in Hanoi, Ta Quang Buu Award Council 2024 held a meeting to agree on the method and evaluation criteria for awarding the Ta Quang Buu Award 2024 in the form of direct and in-person. Deputy Minister of Science and Technology (S&T) Tran Hong Thai - Head of the Award Organization Board attended and presided the meeting.
Cooperation on science, technology and innovation between Vietnam's Ministry of Science and Technology and the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) - one of the largest multi-disciplinary S&T organizations. In the morning of March 16, 2024, at Tan Thong Hoi High School, Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City, the opening ceremony of the "Preliminary round of the 33rd Ho Chi Minh City Youth Informatics Contest" and Cu Chi District Youth Informatics Contest took place in 2024.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang has just signed Decision No. 229/QD-TTg on approving the Planning for the network of public science and technology organizations for the period of 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.
The City level qualifying round of the 33rd Ho Chi Minh City Youth Informatics Contest and the Cu Chi District Youth Informatics Contest 2024 officially opened at 7:30 a.m., March 16, 2024 at Tan Thong Hoi High School, Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City.
