The machine operates under the principle of foot to control an electric switch and an engine speed to push a cutting knife that will cut the root and top of grafting plants one time. The controller kept root and top of the grafted plant on his hand, and rotated horizontally to bring elastic tube into the machine that vibrated to make the elastic tube falling down a fixed position to graft plants. In addition, elastic tubes also minimized pathogen penetration into joints.
The machine weighs approximately 20 kg, electric consumption capacity is about 15W/h. The machine has two containers of the grafted plants, elastic tubes. It is suitable for transplant seedlings at the site of transplantation with a diameter of 2.5 to 3.5 mm. |
