On August 22, 2019, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology established the Mid-term Review Council of the project "Research and evaluate the results of breast reconstruction surgery immediately with wide back skin flap in breast cancer treatment stage I - II at Can Tho City Oncology Hospital in 2015 – 2017.” The study is implemented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Qui and Dr. Specialist 2 Huynh Thao Luat, Can Tho Cancer Hospital is a presiding agency.

Recently, the Science and Technology Council of Son La province (the Council) conducted a consultative meeting to select organizations and individuals to preside over S&T tasks: "Study on the use of microbiological preparations for treatment of cattle and pig waste in Son La province.” Mr. Doan Duc Lan - Vice Rector of Northwest University is the Chairman of the Council.

In the afternoon of April 23, 2019, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology organized the Science and Technology Council to accept the project "Solutions to complete the creation of clean land fund and attract investment for development of socio-economy in Can Tho City.” The study was implemented by Associate professor, Dr. Phan Trung Hien - Law Faculty, Can Tho University.

On April 16, 2019, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology organized a Council for acceptance of the project "Impact of free trade agreements on Can Tho City and response solutions." The study was implemented by Mr. Pham Binh An, Institute of Social and Economic Economics of Can Tho City is presiding agency.

In the afternoon of March 28, 2019, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology organized Can Tho City Science and Technology Council to accept a project "Solutions to improve the political level and working capacity of Party members in Can Tho city." The study was implemented by MA Mai Thanh Dan - Can Tho City Party Organization Committee. Implementation period is from October 2016 to March 2019.

In the morning of April 9, 2019, the Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology established a Mid-term Evaluation Council of the project "Building a safe vegetable production chain model for Can Tho city vegetable area." The study is implemented by Master Le Thi Thuy Kieu. Can Tho Science and Technology Service Center is a presiding agency.

In the afternoon of March 19, 2019, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology organized a Science and Technology Council to accept the project "Application of IT in managing and promoting Can Tho City Museum." The study was co-implemented by Mrs Huynh Thi Tuyet Nhung and Mr. Duong The Dung.

Within the framework of the First 1A Project, on March 20, 2019, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Academy of Agriculture organized a Scientific Conference to discuss about the approach, the relevant research results on the issue of satellite image exploitation, big data in production evaluation and forecast of corn and soybean yield and etc.

In the afternoon of March 19, 2019, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology organized a Science and Technology Council to accept the project "Application of IT in managing and promoting Can Tho City Museum." The study was implemented by Mrs Huynh Thi Tuyet Nhung and Mr. Duong The Dung.
