Recently, the online conference to hand over state management committees for the third quarter of 2023 with the Departments of Information and Communications took place at the Ministry of Information and Communications. Through the conference, many problems and difficulties of the local Departments of Information and Communications were discussed and solutions were sought.

Sharing about the current problems facing the Department of Information and Communications, Deputy Minister Nguyen Huy Dung said that currently the human resources of the departments are very lacking. In addition, the information and communication industry currently has many new fields that make grassroots practitioners unclear about the content, and therefore do not know how to do it, and are unable to promote their advisory and state management roles.

Through discussion and agreement with the Departments of Information and Communications, Deputy Minister Nguyen Huy Dung said that the Ministry of Information and Communications will solve this story from two angles. In the field of digital economic development and digital society, this is largely work of people and businesses. Therefore, the Ministry of Information and Communications and departments have selected 30 platforms that provide basic features for free.

At the same time, the Ministry also plans to complete a handbook on how to use digital platforms by the end of September so that each person, each household, and each village can use the platforms conveniently.
