On September 19,  Da Nang city Department of Science and Technology held a press conference to introduce SURF 2023 to news agencies, newspapers, businesses and startup projects.

Currently, the Festival has kicked off with a number of activities: Exhibition of 100 stores on startup activities on a virtual reality exhibition platform; Innovative Startup Competition with 30 participating teams, the final round will take place on September 20; Training program for 10 startup projects participating in the competition.

SURF 2023 will officially take place at Duy Tan University and convey the message: Da Nang - City of innovation.

Within the framework of the program, 3 scientific seminars will take place on contributing to building a startup city; Open capital sources and international integration of the startup ecosystem. At the same time, there will be a live exhibition of more than 80 stores of projects/businesses from Da Nang and neighboring localities; Connecting supply and demand of products, science and technology enterprises; and Launching the Da Nang-Seoul Innovation Space.
