At discussion session No. 3, chaired by Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Duong Anh Duc and Ho Chi Minh City National University, delegates discussed very enthusiastically about circular economy cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region. Former Deputy Prime Minister of Germany Philipp Rösler also attended this discussion session.

Former Deputy Prime Minister of Germany Philipp Rösler once again emphasized the view that green transition is an issue that requires international cooperation to create change. To create change, there must be the participation of the entire society.

Speaking about the discussion in session 2, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong emphasized: "We are facing huge environmental challenges on a global scale. Therefore, the United Nations, national leaders, and the worldwide business community have strived to come up with urgent solutions to modern challenges. Vietnam has been devoting many resources to implementing a dual transformation (digital transformation and green transformation) to achieve net zero emissions by 2050, as committed by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh at the United Nations COP 26 Conference”.
