Jonesboro Sun newspaper reported that the particular turtle was discovered at Northeast Ark tortoise farm in Amagon, Arkansas state last week. It is one of 30,000 turtles that will be transported to China.

The farm workers said that they had previously seen a two-headed turtle, but it died shortly after being born. They also discovered many turtles have more than 4 feet.

According to a biologist, mutant turtles are pretty rare in the past. However, recently, they are growing in numbers.

Another worker said, particular turtles as above will be used for education or research purposes. However, representatives of Northeast Ark farm intend to sale these animals and more likely they will become the property of a collection of mutant animals.
