Wind power in Hong river needs to be replicated

From natural materials, easily manufactured equipment, low cost and etc, those created wind power to serve basic needs of the household. The useful model is being operated in the daily activities of the fishing villages along Hong river, Tay Ho District, Hanoi city.

The poor fishing household considerably saved electricity costs thanks to this model.
According to the design of this model, the plastic pot used installation to form rotors and the inlet, the motor rotates to generate electricity.
Thence, the energy is stored in batteries and used in the battery for lights. The lighting system consists of a 9W power LED bulbs have the brightness equivalent to 60W normally incandescent bulbs. The number of bulbs can add 1-2 bulls depending on the needs of the user.
The new pilot model is implemented from the beginning of June 2016 at Pottery wharf, Tu Lien Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi. The project is supported by many financial donors (Live & Learn Center in Vietnam, International Plan Organization in Vietnam and Australia International Development Agency). |
