Ca Mau province would like to supplement the 50MW solar power project into the planning
Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee has sent a document to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, requesting to supplement the project of Ca Mau solar power plant into the power development plan of the province. The project has a total installed capacity of 50MWp, with an investment capital of 1,150 billion VND.

According to the People's Committee of Ca Mau Province, the supplementary dossier of Ca Mau Solar Power Plant has been completed, guided by the Department of Electricity and Renewable Energy in accordance with the land use plan of the locality.

It is expected that the Ca Mau solar power plant will be built in Rach Gion district, Ngoc Hien district, with an area of ​​over 63ha, total investment capital of over 1,150 billion VND (own capital of the investor and loan capital).

Total installed capacity of 50MWp, electricity output to the grid is 73.904 million kWh per year, expected operation time in the second quarter 20119. The project is invested by Long Hung Company.

It is known that the project to connect Ca Mau solar power plant with 110kV cable. At the plant construction stattion of 22 / 110kV Ca Mau solar power plant has a capacity of 1x63 MVA.
