According to the sanction decision by Chief Inspector of Ministry of Science and Technology signed,  Duy Dang Cosmetics a member limited company used "Nhat Nhat" brand of Nhat Nhat limited company, protected in Vietnam under the certificate of trademark registration No 147 746 dated on June 15, 2010.

With this violation, Ministry of Science and Technology fined 20 million VND for selling behaviors of lotion products with the similar trademark "Nhat Nhat light pink” to confuse consumers for products, concurrently forced to withdraw and destroy 2,300 branding packages above.

In addition, Vietnam Cosmetic Collagen limited company produced lotions that named "Nhat Nhat light pink” making consumers to misunderstand on the origin of products, it was also fined 20 million VND and must recover its incident.

According to Intellectual Property Department (Ministry of Science and Technology), status violation of intellectual property rights that occurred quite common in some places, in which violations were mainly production, selling counterfeit goods, pirated goods, especially counterfeit packages of products.

The famous brand, fast-selling products is the target of "technology" to copy the packages. This situation does not only affect the manufacturer's brand and honest business but also damages to consumers.

Did not just copy the name, many enterprises deceived consumers by similar name, packaging design and logo to reputable products that were sold very fast, making customer difficult to recognize true or false goods.
