Yogurt tastes ... flavor of fish
The U.S. researchers are testing a new kind of food: yogurt containing fish oil. Omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil good for your heart, but some people do not have enough acid in the diet. Therefore, scientists working at Virginia Tech University omega-3 supplements in yogurt lemon flavor.


Even those who have found tasted fishy in yogurt, 50% of them rated the new foods are satisfied and 39% said they would regularly eat fish yogurt.

Prof. Susan Duncan (Virginia Tech University) said: "The popularity of yogurt in the world with health-enhancing substances such as enzymes probiotics, minerals, vitamins, protein milk that yogurt can be a perfect guide for omega-3 fatty acids. "
The scientists found that those who taste not detect low concentrations of fish oil in yogurt flavors. However, they found the fish used as fish oil supplements in yogurt flavors (lemon flavor ...) is the oxidant. If you make yogurt over fish oil has a sweet taste, you can create a yogurt market with great potential, says Professor Duncan.
