At the conference, representatives from Dong Thap Department of Science and Technology, Center for Design, Manufacturing and Testing (Department of Technology Application and Development - Ministry of Science and Technology), CESTI, Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic University and businesses and cooperatives discussed the need for innovation, technology transfer, and innovation in production and business.

CESTI plays the leading role, supporting information sharing and connecting technology needs of businesses in Dong Thap province. Businesses have clearly stated the need for technology transfer, while Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic University proposed technology solutions and processes to transfer to businesses and cooperatives.
