Chart for implementing development and establishment promotion mechanism project for a research center that meets international standards

The plan outlines implementation contents, specifically, as follows:

1. Strengthen propaganda and information disclosure in many forms to invite scientific and technological organizations to register to participate.

2. Organize training for science and technology organizations and individuals related to the implementation of the Project

3. Selecting science and technology organizations to participate in projects and implementing science and technology programs and projects

4. Appraisal of dossiers for leaders positions in science and technology organizations approved to participate in the Project

5. Organize support for capacity building during implementation

6. Organize management, supervision, and evaluation of Project implementation effectiveness.

Accordingly, agencies and units are assigned the task of organizing the effective implementation of the above contents.

The Department of Science and Technology is the focal agency to organize the implementation of plans, monitor and guide relevant agencies and units to implement assigned tasks; Periodically before December 15 every year, synthesize recommendations, summarize, evaluate, and report to the City People's Committee on the Project to promptly propose solutions to difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process.

Departments, branches of the City, Thu Duc City People's Committee and districts proactively research and implement according to the scope of management, functions and tasks. During the implementation process, if it is necessary to supplement or adjust the plan or have recommendations, send them to the Department of Science and Technology for synthesis and reporting to the City People's Committee for consideration and decision.
