It is located in the center of Vinpearl South Hoian, VinEco South Hoian is an area of ​​nearly 20ha. The farm is planned to be divided into specialized areas, such as greenhouses, glass mills, rice fields and post-harvest areas.

The most modern and smart farming technologies converge at VinEco farm South Hoian is a greenhouse technology of climate control (France), multi-layer farming technology (Singapore), membrane production technology and smart irrigation technology (Israel).

In particular, Sky Green multi-storey aquaculture model is the first in Vietnam with the outstanding features, such as electricity saving, water saving and space saving. The system includes 60 planting towers with a height varying from 3m, 6m to 9m are allocated at suitable locations.

The water of this enormous model is saved by wastewater treatment and refill pump systems. The troughs help the troughs of the plant in one day to come in contact with the nutrient water four times. In addition, circular circulation helps each plant get enough light.
