According to Long An Provincial People's Committee, over the past time, many swift farming establishments were formed spontaneously, most of which were located in residential areas. In which, over 70% of new construction facilities, 30% of the number of designs change from housing. The spontaneous swift nest farming has greatly affected the daily life and health of the people, losing the urban beauty.
