During the operation, Phuoc An Cooperative always put the interests of its members and farmers first, attaching importance to collective cooperation and supporting farmers in converting crops, from productive rice low to VietGAP safe vegetable plants with high yield; support seeds when people affected by natural disasters, help farmers improve economic life, thereby contributing to local economic development.

In 2019, the cooperative has 49 households certified VietGAP, including 6 households recertified, the total area certified so far is 15.3 hectares. Currently, the cooperative still maintains 7 production groups, producing continuous rotation to supply goods to the cooperative. In addition, the cooperative also associates production with neighboring cooperatives, farmers in other communes, such as Tan Nhut, Hung Long, Binh Chanh and etc.

At the cooperative, there is always a technical department who regularly checks the fields and schedules to suit the demand. Therefore, the amount of vegetables of farmers is less in stock, the amount of excess will be supported by affiliates to buy and sell the output, ensuring no backlog.

According to Mr. Tran Van Thich, director of Phuoc An Co-operative, the above-mentioned results were thanks to the enthusiasm of the technical brothers and sisters who have a production plan according to orders and have a clear product consumption contract. In order for the member farmers and farmers to cooperate in the closed production process of product consumption.

Over the past years, the cooperative has performed well in consuming products for members. Consumption output, revenue, profits and the level of profit sharing according to the contributed capital of the cooperative over the years were quite stable. Accordingly, the producer, if meeting the food safety and hygiene conditions, will be fully consumed by the cooperative according to the previous plan.

The production of vegetables depends on the weather, so most of the farmers' production of vegetables is affected every year. When losing crops due to natural disasters, epidemics, cooperatives still buy high prices for people to ensure they are profitable in all seasons.
