Hydropower reservoirs with a capacity of more than 3,000,000 m³ will be environmental monitored.

Accordingly, there are 7 types of works that have to monitor meteorologically, including 1. Airport; 2. Irrigation reservoirs with flood control gates and hydropower reservoirs with a capacity of more than 3,000,000 m³; reservoirs are under the regulation of the operating procedures of many reservoirs on river basins; 3. Sea Port Type I and Type II; 4. Bridge goes the coastal estuaries, straits, bays or interior islands with navigable span of more than 500 m; 5. Tower transceiver radio and television can combine to develop traveling and business on the tower; 6. Gondola serves travelling activities; 7. National Parks.

According to the Decree, the work implementer are under the provisions on meteorological monitoring contents, work extraction, using demands, but they must ensure minimum requirements for each type of work.
