It is known, with the technical assistance of experts from the Green ID, construction program of local energy plan (LEP) for the period 2012- 2016 has been implemented in two communes of Nam Cuong, Bac Hai (Tien Hai, Thai Binh ) and Hai Chinh, Hai Ha (Hai Hau, Nam Dinh).

Clear results for the period 2012 - 2016 were 4 built local energy plans; many sustainable energy models were deployed and applied, including 1 model of community biogas, 2 solar batteries; 863 improved stoves model, 28 LED models for schools.

With the active participation of the people, the sustainable energy model not only solves the energy but also solves many problems that local authorities are facing as environmental pollution caused by production, livestock and etc. The waste was used to produce energy also contributed to increasing household income.

From the successes and experience lessons of the Communes, to replicate this energy model, Mrs. Nguy Thi Khanh- Green ID Director, said: "Local authorities must have staffs dedicate with the development of locality. At the same time, attach sustainable energy models into the existing development programs of the locality. Connect to share among implemented localities with the upcoming implementation localities.”
