On April 8, 2016, Binh Phuoc Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 812 / QD-UBND on approving the local energy conservation projects in 2016.
The overall objective of Ministry of Trade and Industry and GE is minimum development of 1,000MW electricity from new wind power projects until 2025. It is estimated that the power output is enough to supply 1.8 million households in Vietnam.

When the photovoltaic materials are integrated with thermoelectric materials, the photovoltaic materials will directly transform the sun's rays into electricity and thermal material absorbs the heat of solar radiation, thereby raising high power generation efficiency of solar panels.
