The number of  fish-breeding is about 30,000 fishes, with stocking density of 10 fish/m2. Those who took part in model of raising square-head bananas will be supported with 100% of fish-breeding and 30% of  food price, total investment cost for fish-breeding and food is 27,450,000 VND. Every household will be supported with training techniques.

To launch the model smoothly and effectively, participants had to follow some technical requirements, such as  raising based on science and technology progress, applying advanced technical processes, raising the value of production, stabilizing income for farmers and etc.

Over five months of deployment, square-head anabas grew in good conditions, without appearance of disease, living rate reached 77%, sized 8-9 fish/kg, productivity of 8,1 tons/ha (1,1 ton higher than expected). Currently, fish price sold at home about 50,000 VND/kg, 70,000 -80,000 VND/kg for fish-breeding.
