An improved sawdust incinerator of Mr. Nguyen Van Long

The type of small oven that can be made of cement, 4 equally square sides. The bottom has a burning door of 15-20 cm. Pouring sawdust, rice husks into the oven according to request. Use small woods to burn stove.

With the kind of low oven, weak attraction can use a small electric fan 12V to help oven burn fast.

+ Operation principle of the oven: Burn sawdust with clay brick oven, cement oven, less heat loss, the amount of sawdust can take into the oven at any time, with the amount of sawdust depending on demand. Sawdust, rice husk are thoroughly fired.

The incinerator can burn for a long time or more consecutive days. It is easy to burn. The fire focus on the bottom of pan, high oven structure, there are differences in pressure, creating attraction, the thermal efficiency, high fire rate, taking advantage of maximization the amount of sawdust into the kiln.

The sawdust burn completely so it reduces smoke, and environmental pollution.

The oven can be designed to burn sawdust, rice husks with large-scale capacity, used for many different purposes, such as cooking pork bran, wine, making cakes, cooking rice cakes, noodles, chicken fireplace, slaughtering poultry farm, drying agricultural products and cooking in the family and etc. It is very simple and convenient.
