Can Tho Youth responded to Earth Hour Campaign 2015

In the morning, March 26, 2015, Event of Can Tho Youth Festival responded to Earth Hour 2015, took place at Luu Huu Phuoc park, Can Tho city. This is an activity to welcome formation day of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union March 26 and respond Earth Hour Campaign 2015 with the topic "Energy saving and responding to climate change".

Earth Hour Campaign is an annual event held by Ministry of Industry and Commerce with technical support from Danish Embassy in Vietnam, funded by Vietnam Electric Company and Daikin Vietnam.
Attending the program, there were representatives of Can Tho People's Committee, related departments; Can Tho Youth Union, Representatives of Southern General Electric Company and more than 1,000 young people from universities, colleges and volunteer clubs and groups in the city.
In the program, many exciting activities took place, such as riding bike to propagandize response of Earth Hour. After the event, hundreds of Can Tho Youth Union members will stick posters, leaflets to respond Earth Hour Campaign 2015.
Expectedly, a response hour of Earth Hour Campaign from 20h30 to 21h30 on March 28, 2015, a series of public places, departments, enterprises in the city will simultaneously turn off lights.
