This is a meaningful activity to effectively implement Resolution No. 11-NQ/TW dated February 10, 2022 of the Politburo on the direction of socio-economic development and national defense, security in the Northern Midlands and Mountains by 2030, with a vision to 2045; Resolution No. 96/NQ-CP dated August 1, 2022 of the Government promulgating the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 11-NQ/TW of the Politburo to work towards the goal by 2030, the central region Northern tourism and mountainous areas are areas of green, sustainable and comprehensive development.

At the workshop, the delegates exchanged tasks, solutions and plans of the Ministry of Science and Technology to implement Resolution No. 96 of the Government and Resolution No.11 of the Politburo on economic development directions- social security and national defense and security assurance in the Northern midland and mountainous region by 2030, with a vision to 2045; introduce the strategy for development of science, technology and innovation until 2030; developing the startup and innovation ecosystem; tourism development links and solutions to promote links in the northern midland and mountainous regions.

Through the workshop, the provinces in the northern midland and mountainous areas wish to receive the attention and help of central ministries, departments and agencies; the cooperation of research institutes, universities, scientists, businesses in the fields of science, technology and innovation in particular as well as other fields in general to develop together in all aspects and etc., so that science and technology can have a solid development, a key breakthrough, serving sustainable socio-economic development in the whole region.
