In irrigation technology, the parameters of pH, EC (conductivity) of the irrigation solution are very important. Plant growth is determined by the amount of nutrients present in the nutrient solution. Normally a pH of 5.5 - 6.5 is suitable for plants. For EC parameters, it is also necessary to maintain a stable level (from 1.5 to 2.5ms/cm). If these parameters are outside these parameters, the yield and quality of the crop will decrease. Therefore, having a pH, EC measurement system integrated into the automatic watering and fertilizer mixing system is very important for crops.
To have a simple, easy-to-use device that can remotely control fertilizer mixing and watering plants, the group of authors at Nong Sinh Khang Nguyen Limited Company carried out the project "Completing technology and system production automatic fertilizer preparation, remote control for high-tech agriculture.”
According to the research team, garden productivity using the system is higher than Ventury equipment because the system does not precipitate fertilizer and has high mixing accuracy. While with the Ventury device, fertilizer are sucked according to the principle of pressure difference to mix with the flow in the tube, so the amount of fertilizer is uneven and the accuracy is not high.
According to the research team, the OPFERKA V3 system is compact, easy to transport, simple to operate, cost no more than 100 million VND/system, suitable for both small and medium farms (4 - 6 hectares). |
