Specifically, in Decision No. 1936 / QD-UBND, the City People's Committee allows the Dong Cao General Service Cooperative, Trang Viet commune to use the place name "Dong Cao" to register the collective trademark "Dong Cao Safe Vegetable” for vegetable products in Dong Cao village, Trang Viet commune, Me Linh district.

In Decision No. 1937 / QD-UBND, the City People's Committee allowed Dong Cao Red Pomelo Cooperative to use the place name "Dong Cao" to register the collective trademark "Dong Cao Red Pomelo" for red pomelo products in the Me Linh district.

In Decision No. 1938 / QD-UBND, the City People's Committee allowed Huong Ngai Agricultural Cooperative to use the place name "Huong Ngai" to register the collective trademark "Huong Ngai Potato" for potato products in the Huong Ngai commune, Thach That district.

In Decision No. 1939 / QD-UBND, the City People's Committee allowed the Agricultural Cooperative of Do Dong Commune to use the place name "Do Dong" to register the collective trademark "Do Dong Rice" for rice products in Do Dong commune, Thanh Oai district.

The units permitted to use the above local landmarks are responsible for building a set of collective trademark management tools: Regulations on management and use of collective trademarks; technical documentation; product quality control process; regulations on the use of labels. Organizing units manage the use of place names as collective trademarks in accordance with the Intellectual Property Law and the regulations, and processes promulgated by the units.

In case 5 places in the above decisions are used for wrong purposes, not for the common interests of the unit, the City People's Committee has a decision to revoke the permitted use right of the place.
