At the Conference, delegates were introduced by leaders of the Department of Science and Technology and experts about overview of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Intellectual Property Law No. 07/2022/QH15 dated June 16, 2020. 2022, effective from January 1, 2023; New points of the Intellectual Property Law on trademarks, industrial designs, and inventions; New features of the Intellectual Property Law on inventions and industrial designs are the result of the Science and Technology mission using the state budget; New points of the Intellectual Property Law on complaints and protection of intellectual property rights. In addition, delegates are also guided in registering to protect and develop intellectual property.

The conference aims to propagate and promptly disseminate new regulations in the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Intellectual Property Law and Decree No. 65/2023/ND-CP dated August 23, 2023 of the Government, detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Intellectual Property Law on industrial property, protection of industrial property rights, rights to plant varieties and state management of intellectual property.

At the same time, introducing to delegates the support policies of the science and technology industry until 2030, such as Resolution regulating the level of support for registration of intellectual property protection; Intellectual property development program; Program to support small and medium-sized enterprises in innovating technologies and equipment, Program to improve productivity and quality of products and goods.
