Maintaining a document management system, operating and deploying to 434 state administrative agencies and public service units from city to commune level (including 23 departments, branches, branches, 9 district People's Committees (in including specialized departments), 83 commune-level People's Committees and 285 units under departments, branches, and other agencies in the city); The total number of documents sent to the entire city is 58,529 documents and the total number of documents received is 195,730 documents (including 76,741 documents at city level, 26,508 documents at district level, 92,481 documents at commune, ward level), the total number of digitally signed documents is 46,801 documents.
