The delegation visited 3 member organizations, which are science and technology research and application units, including Lam Dong School of Politics, Potato Vegetable and Flower Research Center, and Lam Dong Crop Production and Plant Protection Department. At the units, the delegation was introduced to important achievements in research and application of science and technology in breeding and plant protection; training quality human resources, contributing to local economic and social development.

The leaders of the Union of Associations and Departments hope that units will continue to research and apply science and technology for the task of serving the sustainable economic and social development of Lam Dong; At the same time, promote science and technology activities, have many initiatives, solutions and creativity to meet the requirements of real life.

On this occasion, the delegation also visited and gave gifts to 4 experts and scientists in the Union system, who have made many contributions to science and technology and building a strong Union, Dr. Le Thi Chau. - Former Director of the Central Highlands Institute of Scientific Research; Mr. Bui Thanh Long - Former Vice Chairman of the Lawyers Association, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Committee; Associate Professor, PhD. Le Xuan Tham - Former Director of Lam Dong Department of Science and Technology and Dr. Mai Xuan Trung - Former Vice Principal of Da Lat University. These are scientists who have actively participated in the activities of the Union since its inception. So far, they are still conducting many researches and proposing solutions to contribute to the development of the Union, of the province's science and technology sector.

After hearing the scientists express their happiness in contributing to building the province's science and technology industry and their personal lives after retirement, the leaders of the science and technology industry encouraged the scientists to continue research, creatiity, making more positive contributions to science and technology activities of the province and the country.
