According to Mr. Vo Ngoc Hai (Deputy Director of CESTI), the technology cooperation event is organized to connect research institutes, universities, technology enterprises with manufacturing enterprises, and assist parties in finding opportunities for cooperation and technology transfer. To conduct this networking event, the organization Board has conducted a wide survey in the community to find units and businesses with technology needs.

At the connection session on "Smart camera data analysis and management system applying artificial intelligence technology", the organization Board received connection registrations from 6 demand-side units who wanted to learn technology. In addition, many participating units were interested in learning information about technologies with the hope of being able to cooperate in product development or apply at the unit.

The system is researched and developed by the Center for Computing Engineering - Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic University with features, such as management (integration and storage) of camera data, analysis of camera data using AI technology, analysis on big data to support traffic decision making, etc. The system has been piloted at the Police District 10, Ho Chi Minh City. After the connection session, units in need will continue to be supported by CESTI to connect directly, discuss and negotiate to come to cooperation and technology transfer.
