Training on “Management and exploitation of initiatives”

On August 31, 2023, the Department of Science and Technology coordinated with the National Office of Intellectual Property to organize a training class "Managing and exploiting innovations" for more than 300 delegates who are representatives of management agencies and businesses, institutes, schools, hospitals, associations, unions, related organizations and individuals in the city.

The training session was organized to propagate and disseminate policies and legal regulations on initiatives and promote the local creative labor emulation movement, promoting the dissemination and widespread application of innovative labor initiatives, initiatives that bring practical benefits to society.
At the training session, delegates heard the following contents: Instructions on conditions and procedures for recognizing initiatives; rights and obligations of the investor creating the initiative; remuneration for the author of the initiative and those involved in organizing the first application of the initiative; Instructions on some initiative writing skills, steps and structure of an initiative, how to use and exploit initiatives effectively; Instructions on the order and procedures for organizing the evaluation of initiatives at the grassroots; Guidance on evaluating and recognizing the scope of influence and application effectiveness of scientific research initiatives and projects; Policy to encourage and support the State in creating, perfecting and exploiting initiatives.

Through the training program, the participants had a better understanding of the legal provisions for the initiative. Thence, it helps promote the widespread application of innovations that bring practical benefits to society. The training session ended with a discussion between participants and speakers. |
