Eating plenty of plums, peaches decreases the risk of diabetes, heart
According to the magazine Science Daily, scientists from the University of Texas A & M, U.S recently said that fruits such as peaches, plums and nectarines contain many bioactive compounds, which help prevent diabetes sugar and related cardiovascular obesity.


New research shows that the activity of these phenolic substances are more in fruits such as peaches and plums mainly composed of four categories, which are anthocyanins, chlorogenic acid, derivatives of quercetin and catechin.

The phenolic compounds in turn can deal with fat cells, macrophages and vascular endothelial cells, thus it can promote special uses anti-obesity, anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetes.
Besides these substances can reduce the level of LDL or bad cholesterol known as, thereby minimizing the risk of cardiovascular disease.
