Accordingly, by 2020, striving 100% of State management agency on education and training, educational and training institutions will carry out administration in the network environment; 70% of the meetings among the State authorities and educational and training institutions apply online form.

70% of professional training classes for teachers and education managers are done through the network by combining learning methods (blended learning); 50% of administrative records are handled online at least level 3, of which 30% is processed online at level 4.
