12 winning digital transformation solutions at Vietnam Innovation Challenge
These solutions are not just ideas but have been tested and confirmed for effectiveness at different scales.

This is the first year that the NIC National Innovation Center launched the Vietnam Innovation Challenge Program.

According to Meta - Facebook's parent company and co-organizer - during the launch period from October 2022 to August 2023, the Program attracted more than 60,000 interests and more than 750 applications not only in Vietnam but also from other countries and territories, such as the US, Korea, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and etc.

With the theme "Innovation with digital transformation businesses, participating in the global value chain", the Program seeks digital transformation solutions and products from startups, small and medium enterprises, large corporation.

The Organization Board has selected 12 typical solutions corresponding to the 12 award categories of the Program. These are solutions capable of solving and supporting system management, business operations and communications as well as e-commerce and marketing of businesses.

Solutions use diverse technologies from artificial intelligence to big data, internet of things, cloud computing and virtual reality, and etc.

NIC said that more than 50 individuals who are experts, scientists, and managers from many countries around the world, including many members of the Vietnam Innovation Network, participated in the appraisal, evaluate and select typical solutions.

Winning solutions receive comprehensive funding packages and participate in a series of pilot activities in major cities and provinces in Vietnam to encourage widespread adoption and create more value.

Also at the award ceremony, Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung announced that the theme for next year's program is "Innovation with businesses to promote the semiconductor industry and smart manufacturing to conquer Global market."
