More than 500 youths participated in the Young Innovation Science Day and Thu Duc Youth Union Day 2024

On the 24th of March, 2020, at Dao Son high school, Linh Xuan ward, Thu Duc City, it took place Day of Innovative Young Scientists, celebrating Youth Day 2024. The program was organized by Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union in coordination with Science, Technology and Information Division, with the aim of promoting the application of scientific and technological solutions, innovation and digital transformation in the activities of the Unit and enhancing the digital capacity of the youths. To participate in the implementation of the project “Smart City Building, digital transformation Thu Duc City” for the period of 2021-2025.

Speaking at the opening of the event, Mrs. Phan Ngoc Doan Trang - Member of the Standing Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, Secretary of the Youth Union said, Young Scientists' Day, celebrating the Youth Union Day in 2024, is aimed at promoting the spirit, youth of the group members, the city's youths performing tasks for society, for the community, building civilization and urban beauty. At the same time, this is the culmination of the series of activities to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of Ho Chi Minh Youth Union (26 March 1931 - 26 March 2024).
Following the launch of the Youth Union Day, the Standing Committee of the City Youth Union also coordinated with the Department of Science, Technology and Information of Thu Duc City to organize the youth innovation science Day 2024 with various program and creative activities for youths and students in the area, such as ton the theme “Startup” and “Discovering AI – Opening the Future”; Organizing the Young Creator Competition, the Hydraulic Car Race Competition and the Young Informatics Competition and poster design. |
