In order to meet the needs of organizations and individuals that have one of the necessary conditions to request a competent authority to issue a license to use X-ray equipment and irradiation equipment, Can Tho City Scientific Information Center under Department of Science and Technology coordinated with the Hanoi Irradiation Center to organize a training class on "Radiation Safety" for radiation workers at facilities using radiation sources for 2 days, from September 13-14, 2023, at the Center's Hall.

On September 7, 2023, in Can Tho, the National Agricultural Extension Center collaborated with the Department of International Cooperation, GIZ Organization and Bayer company organized a workshop: "PPP vision and dialogue in Vietnamese rice industry" with the participation of nearly 200 delegates from units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, Agricultural Extension Center, Agricultural Service Center of Mekong Delta provinces, Universities, research institutes, international organizations, domestic and foreign businesses provide inputs, production, process and consume rice products.

The 36th Conference of the Joint Committee specialized in electrical and electronic equipment under the ASEAN Advisory Committee on Standards and Quality (ACCSQ/JSC EEE) opened in the morning of September 12, 2023 in Ha Long, Quang Ninh. This conference is hosted by the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality according to membership obligations. Attending the Conference, there were representatives of electrical and electronic equipment management agencies of ASEAN member countries and the ASEAN Secretariat.

Hundreds of containers of durian, jackfruit, banana, dragon fruit... will be exported to China but were suspended due to "the packaging facility code being suspended for violating plant protection regulations". Many opinions are shared regarding Vietnamese fruit exports.

These solutions are not just ideas but have been tested and confirmed for effectiveness at different scales.
