In the afternoon of March 28, 2019, Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology organized Can Tho City Science and Technology Council to accept a project "Solutions to improve the political level and working capacity of Party members in Can Tho city." The study was implemented by MA Mai Thanh Dan - Can Tho City Party Organization Committee. Implementation period is from October 2016 to March 2019.

The project aims to identify and propose solutions to improve the leadership and fighting capacity of Can Tho City Party Committee.
Over the period of implementation from October 2016 - March 2019, the research team collected information with the form of 225 interviews of party committees, 396 party members to analyze and clarify the status of the political level and working capacity of party members in Can Tho City today; Combining qualitative and quantitative forecasting methods to propose models to improve political qualifications and working capacity of party members; Piloting models and workshops to get comments from scientists and practical staffs to form a feasible solution system, compatible recommendations with specific conditions of the city, serve to improve the political level and capacity of party members in Can Tho City by 2025.
The results of the study will be a theoretical and practical basis for improving the political level, working capacity of party members in Can Tho City in a systematic and logical and suitable manner to research subjects. |
