The objective of the project is to evaluate the results of the surgery of breast reconstruction immediately with wide back skin flap in the treatment of breast cancer stage I - II at Can Tho Cancer Hospital in 2015 - 2017; Identify some factors related to the immediate results of treatment of breast reconstruction with wide back skin in patients with stage I-II breast cancer.

The project has been implemented since November 2016, until now, the project has basically completed the following contents: Evaluating the results of breast reconstruction immediately with wide back skin flap: patient examination, record of clinical information, histopathology (30 data collection forms); implementing anatomical surgery for axillary breast augmentation and instant breast reconstruction (30 patients in the study had surgery, medical records); postoperative follow-up, aesthetic evaluation of reconstructive surgery at the Department of Epidemiology - Digestion; Postoperative aesthetic assessment 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 24 months.

The Council assessed the project keeps up with the progress, the content of implementing the outline. It is expected to accept in December 2019.
